Tower structure and facade

In its 2 February 2026 release, Wynn said structural concrete had reached the roof of level 71 and that 21,852 of 26,471 facade panels were installed, or 83%. The guest site calls the tower 70 floors, so both descriptions are retained without deriving a new floor count. Interim height figures have varied in Wynn releases; the consistent published target is 352 metres above sea level once the spire is fitted.

Interior work and lower buildings

Installation of elevators and escalators was advancing, alongside mechanical, electrical and finishing work throughout the guest inventory. Concrete and structural-steel work on the low-rise buildings had reached 99%, but that percentage does not make those spaces guest-ready.

Wynn Bridge

The planned 548-metre Wynn Bridge will run through Wynn Boulevard to connect the resort with E311 and E611. On 2 February 2026 it was 48% complete, piling was finished and nine of ten bridge-column pile caps were in place; Wynn then aimed to finish it in late 2026.

What the August material adds

Wynn's August results described rapid construction progress, while the second quarter presentation showed extensive interior work on 15 July 2026. Neither publication gave a later facade or bridge percentage, so the February figures remain dated rather than being extended by assumption.

Wynn's 2025 annual report, filed in March 2026, records a gaming area of 225,000 sq ft. That is about 20,900 sqm, and it is the lead figure here because the filing is the latest direct statement from the company.

The older 18,500 sqm estimate

Older property and news reports, including current search results, often cite an approximate gaming floor of 18,500 sqm. Wynn has not explained whether the two measurements cover different spaces, so the older estimate is shown separately rather than added to the newer figure.

Twenty-two dining and drinks venues

The resort website lists plans for 22 restaurants, bars and lounges, together with a daytime beach club serving hotel guests and visitors. Wynn has announced a French-American steakhouse by Alain Ducasse and another Delilah supper club, but restaurant reservations were still closed at this update.

The Showroom with Punchdrunk

Wynn announced an original Punchdrunk production on 29 June 2026 for the resort's opening period. The planned format gives ticket holders a choice between a seated upstairs performance and a roaming, immersive route downstairs and backstage, although dates and prices are not yet available.

Shops and the art collection

Plans call for a naturally lit shopping parterre with luxury brands, but Wynn has not released the complete retail list. Art will appear in guest rooms and public areas, including the announced 11-metre Tulips by Jeff Koons and historic and contemporary works by regional and international artists.

The beach, pools, spa and marina

What the waterfront will offer

The plan provides 420 metres of private white-sand beach and a deep-water marina intended for large yachts. It also includes a daytime beach club, though Wynn has not published day-pass details or access rules for non-guests.

Pools and wellness facilities

Wynn lists 12 pools with cabanas and landscaped surroundings, alongside a five-star spa, salon and fitness centre. Treatment prices, operating hours and pool-entry conditions are still unavailable, so they cannot yet be included in a dependable visit budget.

The official amenities list pairs a kids' club with outdoor recreation, indicating that families are part of the resort's non-gaming audience. Wynn has not released accepted ages, fees or supervision arrangements, so childcare planning should wait for the guest policy.

Meetings and events at Coral Court

A 7,708 sqm events venue

Coral Court will host the resort's celebrations and events, covering a published 7,708 sqm. The plan includes six meeting rooms that can be reconfigured, separate bridal and groom salons, and private prayer rooms for men and women.

The column-free Grand Ballroom

Overlooking the marina, the Grand Ballroom spans 2,633 sqm without columns. The area is useful for comparing venues, but it does not set a fixed capacity because tables, stages, aisles and production equipment change the layout.

What to ask for before booking

What Wynn Bridge changes

The 548-metre bridge is planned to give the resort a more direct connection to the wider road network, but the latest detailed release still treated it as a construction project. Wait for Wynn to announce completion or for a current mapping service to show the route before using it.

A checklist for arrival day

Once bookings open, confirm the drop-off point because the hotel, events centre and marina may have separate entrances. Leave extra time and do not pay for a transfer unless it appears in a written reservation confirmation.

It lists The Game LLC separately as the UAE Lottery operator, placing lottery products and land-based facilities in different licence categories.
